1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the conditions outlined on this page.
These terms apply to visitors, students, and anyone accessing our Weighted GPA Calculator or related academic calculation features. They cover website access, tool usage, content, and available services.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the website.
2. Permitted Use of Our Website
Our website provides online academic calculation tools for general educational and informational purposes. You may use the available tools to estimate grades, compare GPA results, and understand academic performance.
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality.
- Use automated methods to overload or misuse our tools.
- Attempt unauthorised access to website systems or data.
- Copy, redistribute, or exploit protected website materials without permission.
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Introduce harmful code, malicious files, or disruptive software.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity is identified.
3. Terms for Using Our GPA Calculators
Our GPA calculator tools allow users to enter academic information and receive estimated results. Available features may include course names, letter grades, percentages, credit hours, and course levels.
You are responsible for entering the correct academic information. Incorrect grades, missing credits, or unsuitable grading scales can affect the results.
The Weighted Calculator GPA features are designed to support general academic calculations. They do not replace official grading systems maintained by schools, colleges, or universities.
4. Weighted GPA and Unweighted GPA Calculations
Our GPA calculator weighted and unweighted features help users compare standard grade points with adjusted GPA calculations. Weighted calculations may apply additional points to advanced or higher-level courses.
Weighted Course Calculations
A GPA calculator with weighted classes may use different bonus values for Honours, AP, IB, Dual Enrollment, or other advanced courses. The weighting system selected by the user affects the estimated results.
Unweighted Course Calculations
Unweighted GPA calculations generally use the standard grade point assigned to each course. They do not include additional advanced-course weighting bonuses.
Differences Between Academic Systems
Schools and institutions may use different grading scales, bonus points, grade boundaries, and credit calculations. Our tools use the calculation methods and conversion references described within the relevant calculator.
We do not guarantee that every result will match a school's official weighted or unweighted GPA.
5. Existing GPA and Current GPA Calculations
Some users may enter previous academic results when using a GPA calculator with current GPA. These inputs can help estimate cumulative academic performance alongside current course grades.
A cumulative GPA calculation may depend on previous GPA values, completed credit hours, and new academic results. Users must verify that their historical information is correct before calculating.
Any existing GPA calculator feature should be treated as an estimation tool. Official cumulative records remain under the authority of the relevant institution.
6. Calculation Accuracy and Limitations
We aim to provide functional and understandable calculation tools. However, we cannot guarantee that every calculated result will be completely accurate for every institution or grading system.
Results may vary because of differences in:
- Institutional grading scales and grade boundaries.
- Credit hour weighting and course classifications.
- Advanced class bonus point policies.
- Rounding methods and decimal precision.
- Pass, fail, incomplete, and withdrawn course rules.
- Institution-specific cumulative GPA policies.
You should not rely solely on our calculations for official academic decisions, admissions, scholarships, graduation eligibility, or other important educational requirements.
7. User Responsibilities and Submitted Information
You are responsible for the information entered into our GPA calculator and related tools. This includes subject names, course grades, percentages, credit hours, and previous GPA values.
